Had to use my Geek Squad Service just 2 months before it was expired on my 75" TCL ROKU TV .. IT WAS REPLACED WITH AN UPGRADED MODEL AND I BOUGHT ANOTHER 5 YEAR GEEK SQUAD SERVICE..

Always good to have have not to use yet. Years ago I had their protection with a smart TV, when things went wrong I got the tv replaced no hassles These aGeeks are pretty cool.

I had trouble with my last tv--thank goodness I had Geek Squad protections. They came out and fixed it at no cost. I was glad I did it!

Installation was good and customer service answering questions great.

Getting a hold of someone to help is a chore. Within a month of buying our new TV set it started acting up. When you call for assistance you’re calling out if the country. I don’t care about that , it’s just that when you can’t understand the person you’re taking to and your request to be transferred to The USA and get ignored, that’s frustrating . I believe the person on the other end is trying to help but then refusing my request is disrespectful . I went to the Best Buy near me and they would not take a service request, they said I had to call it in.

This warranty is very helpful and I know Geek Squad will be there when I need them

Good picture but a little glare. Difficult to manage wires into weatherproof compartment on the back of TV

Bought this for my mother in law. She loves it. The picture is amazing

I think it is worth getting for a peace of mind if anything should go wrong

A protection plan is great if you're overly cautious and almost a must if you have children. Would highly recommend for purchases over $100, especially if they have a lot of moving parts.

Its nice to know if some thing go's wrong I'm covered, I don't have to worry.

What else is there to say. Easiest warranty program I’ve had. I buy it with all my major purchases. I make those purchases at Best Buy because of it.
