So, our tv just stopped working less than two weeks after we purchased it. Having a protection plan is always a good thing.

As soon as my Geek Squad protection ended the tv died. Insignia... uggghhhh

Haven't needed the extra protection yet, but I feel better having it if I need it.

The Geek squad was excellent with our install. They were on time and professional.

Thank goodness we have not had to use them yet. But friends said it was convinet and quick

We buy this for peace of mind. We do not expect anything to go wrong but if it does, we are covered and it is pretty inexpensive for 5 years.

Well worth it. Haven't had to use it on the tv but did on 2 laptops and they replaced one and repaired one. No questions asked.

yes warranty support from bestbuy is amazing. i use the over the phone feature and they take control and fix what ever is needed
