Lg Oled cx 10 mother board died after 13 months called bestbuy because i had a 2 year warranty i bought no problems guy came out seen what the problem was came back a week later had to order the part And it was fixed that easy i just purchased a Samsung neo Qled QN90A i bought a 5 year bestbuy warranty piece of mind is the best you dont want your $1600 dollar tv breaking with no warranty after Samsung 1 year warranty is over.

Had trouble with our first new tv purchase, geek squad was able to identify the cause and replaced the tv with a new tv. Thank you!

This is good it’s like insurance for any appliances or technology you buy it’s to protect it in case of damage spills or something going wrong. It covers for the repairs and make it new again that’s so cool and helpful.

It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.

When I need them they are there and I’m happy after their done doing their jobs.

This 55-inch TV offers great picture and sound quality at an affordable price. The setup was easy, and I’m thoroughly enjoying it.

I'm just going to make this short and sweet. You better off buying a Geek Squad or Best Buy protection / warranty plan along with any major purchases you make like a TV, sound system, refrigerator, cell phone, computer and washer/dryer. They are 98% of the time way better than the actual manufacturer's warranty and cover more. And give you less hassle when replacing or need to repair whatever you bought.

So glad I had purchasd the plan with our newn55" Hicense tv. Covered the black out screen that happened in the middle of a movie for no reason. Delivery drivers and support both said they are seeing this more and more. Sonin my opinion the cost for Geek Squad protection was well worth it! Did purchase a 5 year plan for new 65".

Love the geek squad protection! It offers a full protection package and in my opinion it is better than the TotalTech. If you're buying a big ticket item like a TV or any appliance, ask the customer service to cancel your TotalTech from this item and add the geek squad warranty instead. Big downside to TotalTech is that it requires you to pay a deductible on certain things. So it's like an insurance.

This is great so if anything goes wrong, your covered and hopefully nothing will go wrong with my appliance, loving this protection plan

I've purchased all of my electronics, appliances, and cameras from Best Buy. And I not purchase anythings within getting Geek Squad protection because it's the absolute BEST!!! 10/10 I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

When my Sony TV's screen failed, I was relieved to remember that I had purchased Geek Squad protection. Frankly, I was expecting the service process to be a hassle, but it only took a couple of phone calls and my replacement TV (a newer version of the same TV) was on it's way. If you're looking at a major purchase, I'd definitely recommend purchasing a Geek Squad protection plan.

Have gotten geek squad protection in the past for a tv and just before it ran out, my tv started having issues. Best Buy could no longerfix the tv, but they made it right. Absolutely paid dividends
