Always buy the warranty people, always a safe bet and have had no problems with it

Better to buy this protection plan to avoid unnecessary bills

The agents were top notch. They arrived early, installed the mounting bracket beautifully and installed our new 85" tv. They reconnected all associated components. They were friendly and professional, cleaned up all packing materials, and reviewed all applicable operating instructions. These folks are awesome.

I had geek squad protection on my previous two televisions. Both TVs went out at about four years old. They could not find parts to repair either television so they simply reimburse me the full price I paid for the TV. What more could you ask for.

With this worry free warranty, i have peace of mind about my product. If anything goes wrong they will fix it or replace it. And if your tv is larger than a specific size they will come to you.

Swapped out a bad tv with a new one and delivered promptly!

This is the second TV I’ve bought at Best Buy in the last 12 years. Both TVs I got the extended warranty the first TV I didn’t have to use it until almost 5 years and they fixed my TV fast and easy. I buy extended warranties on every electronics device and appliance I've purchase at Best Buy. Several years ago I bought a desktop gaming computer for my son for Christmas along with the extended warranty. He didn't take very good care of it and his mother helped things along when she dropped it and all the glass broke. In the third year of the three year warranty, I returned the thing for repair. Whatever part was needed was no longer available so Best Buy gave me a complete refund. I couldn't believe it! But I am now a believer in their extended warranty program.

Im an insignia fan. I actually purchased a used 65" right before I got married. Uhm 09 i figure. I bought this tv on sale last summer because the sound was going in and out on the old one. I was more than happy when I found this on massive sale!

Answer all concern questions I was concerned of how I was gonna get the TV up and they informed me that they do that and it didn’t cost that much. I also gave when it came and did it thanks geek squad.

The squad unhooked water and removed the old refrigerator- they had to take off the doors in order to get it out of the kitchen. They put it in the driveway for later pIckup by PNM for recycling. Then they installed the new refrigerator and hooked it up to the water supply. They made sure it was level and placed properly in the space. The squad was very helpful and professional. Excellent work!!

I think this is a great deal. They helped me with fixing my laptop and answering questions I had concerning maintenance. Worth the price.

The performance is outstanding overall. The color rendering is flawless, and the motion interpolation works exceptionally well. I highly recommend this for a living room or bedroom with minimal windows or limited direct sunlight for the best viewing experience.

Geek Squad helped us install our 65” tv, the associates were very helpful. I would use there services again.

The Geek Squad Protection saved my sanity after a major hardware failure, I brought my HP computer in to the local Geek Squad office for evaluation and repair. The agent exceeded my expectations and got the thing working again in a few short days. The Geek Squad also brought a laptop back to life. I consider the protection plan a good investment, both in overall cost savings for repairs, but reducing my aggravation with something fails.

Best Buy and Geek Squad have ALWAYS given me the best of care and service when it comes to their Protection Plans. Any time I have every had an issue with an item that was under warranty they quickly took action to fix my issue, whether it was to repair the item back to fully working condition or replacing the item promptly if it could not be fixed. Best Buy has always handled the situation to my fullest satisfaction. That is why I tell anyone who asks, my first choice will always be to get my electronics from Best Buy because of their Protection Plan!!!

I ALWAYS buy warranties for my purchases. When my T.V. , I bought at BEST BUY , suddenly broke down , I called them, and an Agent from the GEEK SQUAD came to my home, diagnosed the problem AND told me I was TOTALLY covered!! He helped me understand the warranty and I was able to get a NEW T.V. to replace the defective one. Then of course I got another 5 year standard GEEK SQUAD Waranty!! I'd give 10 Stars if I could!! The agent was Polite Professional and Knowledgeable!! I highly recommend getting Warranties and using the GEEK SQUAD!! Thank You BEST BUY and The GEEK SQUAD!!

It is a good plan to help one feel worry free. I just hope it would not overlap with the first year manufacturer's warranty so that there will be more years to be covered in total with less cost. Here is what I read online: "You should also check whether the coverage of the service contract overlaps with the problems and time periods the manufacturer’s warranty covers to avoid paying for unneeded coverage. You may find that any additional coverage is not worth the additional cost." I understand the coverage is different, but what I really need is a longer time manufacturer’s warranty with less cost (Accident coverage is not so important for me. I always use my furniture and electronic devices very gently and carefully).
