My mom love this offer because in case the television stop working she can get a replacement for the television the wall mount

The TV was good until it wasn’t. Everything was great and the clarity was amazing until right around the time the geek squad protection plan expired. A little over two years the clarity is horrible and liked shows here and there thought out the sceeen. What looks like white lines are not apart of the show as this is how is shows up

I bought 3 TCL tv's online and used the curbside pickup. I was greeted quickly when I arrived. They were very professional and courteous.

I mean all I did was get protection. If anything happens to my TV then I'll be able to get it fixed, so it definitely lowers my anxiety around that.

This protection is a must and adds a sense of ease when purchasing items that may fail outside of manufactures warranty. Value for the money is also good.

I have always found the geek squad protection to be worth every penny. The sales people have always been courteous and accomodating!

Geek squad service is a must. If you are buying anything from best buy, it is worth spending a fee bucks for the geek squad protection. I got a sony TV and installed the tv stands. I noticed after my installation that the TV was shaking and it could fall down. I called best buy and the Geek Squad team were very happy to help.

I haven’t needed to use it this product but I am confident due to past experience that if I do there will be no problem.

It just arrived, I installed it and everything was as expected, great image quality, sound. The perfect installation process, the TV does everything almost by itself, I recommend it to all those who are lovers of good things in terms of quality-price, I recommend that two people assemble it due to the weight and safety

I keep my Geek Squad Protection plan as an on going safety net for all of my electronic gear. At age 80, I have no interest in doing this kind of stuff on my own. It is really great to know that these guys are on the ball and know what they are doing, I have had to use the "plan" at least four times a year, and have been consistently by the thoughtful staff who have either over the phone, on line, or in the store have walked me through some technical problem AND solved the problem and gotten me back to work. As a "senior", I really appreciate the skill and courtesy of their staff.
