Geek squad has been awesome not only did they accepted to take a look at my TV once they found the problem and we're unable to fix it they were very truthful and kind to refund me what I had pay for the television. I was eskeptical in regards to their service but they are amazing.

It’s nice to have a piece of mind that I have warranty over the TV and I did at first didn’t want to get it and then I decided against that and got it anyways and they just easily approved it so I like that that I don’t have to do a bunch of paperwork to do it

Best service in town you can't beat it most appliances and tvs break down after 2 year so its a must to grab a 5 year warranty and bestbuy delivers when the time is right if not tou got 1heck of a tv or appliance

1000 % necessary on any and all devices through Best Buy always and I mean always under no circumstances could you ever go without purchasing one of these perfect warranties with zero deductible and from how it was explained to me hopefully Best Buy ensures everything from car home medical and life insurance soon your other Best Buy is to buy a bunch of Best Buy stock immediately no matter what the market looks like right now such as I've done last year it's just as good as Tesla and we'll get even better in the years to come

I always a good idea to get this protection. Just take the product backband they replace it with no questions asked.

When I got this TV it was because I notice small picture glitches with my old TV. When I called to see if I could get it repaired they said my TV might be too old. I was asked if it was under warranty. I said I believe so, but I'm not sure how long it was for. Turns out we bought the 5 year and I was in the last 5 DAYS if the warranty. I brought it in and as suspected it was too old to fix so they gave me the option to exchange for that same one of they had it (or could order it) OR to take the value of the TV b as store credit. Not the current value, but the value of when I bought almost five years ago. That credit bought me a Samsung 55". From a 40".

I haven't needed to use Geek squad yet for this TV. Great picture for the price. I was really surprised at the minimal operations manual, you have to download it for details- the docs they provide should highlight or give a link for it. Overall very happy with the TV

A must-have installation and set up was great connected everything including sound bar checked all connections and make sure everything was a great condition before leaving And I have the peace of mind known if anything goes wrong I am covered

I always purchase a Geek Squad Protection plan on large purchases. I feel better with the Geek plan than the item's manufacturing warranty. When using the warranty through the manufacturer, many problems evolve: ie time for replacement/repairs, shipping the item to the manufacturer, communication, etc. I had to use my Geek Squad protection plan on two large purchases and I was highly satisfied with the results!

My original purchase was on a ROKU tv, which i opted out of protection About 6 weeks later my BRAND NEW tv screen went all scrambled. i panicked being out of the 30 day return window. However when i called the store the gentleman gave me no hassle and allowed me to return TV. While there he talked me and my boyfriend in to buying a better bigger tv. he informed us of all the benifits that come along with the protection plan so we purchased that as well. so far have not had to use on the new TV but nice having peice of mind if anything goes wrong

Peace of mind is priceless but I got xtended warranty at a great price

I think it's important to get the protection plan. The first time I used it was for my dyson cordless vacuum. I got a completely new one because it could not be fixed in the store. But of course for the new one you would have to purchase a new protection plan. I've also purchased it for a TV but since it was my son who threw something at the TV (accidentally) and the screen looked chatterd it definitely was not covered. All I could get back was the protection plan money because it was still under the year I purchased it on.

Geek squad has some of the best protection for customers. They’re one of the few businesses left that doesn’t treat their customer’s insurance/protection coverage like it’s a personal inconvenience to them, or operate it like a scam and not actually protect your purchase when you try to get them to honor it. I don’t usually opt for “protection” because it is usually a scam. I do at Best Buy though, because they’re known for actually honoring their protection agreements.

I always get the Best Buy warranties, they are great, never had a bad experience when i had to use my warranty. Worth getting.

The agents mounted my TV and installed all my speakers and hooked up my subwoofer, Satellite DVD, and all my extras in every room, they also went an extra step and were able to have the cords come out near the electric plugs so the wires were not hanging everywhere. Very professional job and they were very nice during the process.
