Haven't had to use Geek Squad yet which could be a good thing!

I never disappointed at Best Buy or Geek Squad’s quality of service. I haven’t had to take any help from Geek Squad for my recent purchases. But I have in the past and I never regretted my decision.

GS agents were patient, efficient, and made me feel confident they knew what I needed to get up and running with my system. My old laptop had 10+ years of family photos, professional files and my financial records. The device was dying a painful death but GS transferred all fills to new device.

Love knowing that I have protection for years to come. Thank you Best Buy for making this so easy on me!

 This TV came right on time. My old one went out on me. My warranty was up so I had to get a new one. I seen this one the price was right, so I got it brilliant picture look like I chose the right one. 

They did a wonderful job setting up my TV. Thank you, Geek Squad,!

Really makes me feel better knowing I have geek squad service on my item. I don’t have to worry about calling the television manufacturer if something goes wrong. And I trust Best Buy Geek Squad to make things more simple than the tv warranty would.

Worth it to get for insuring your more expensive purchases. Every time I ever had an issue with one of my electronics geek squad was incredibly helpful and fixed the problem.

I bought the 5 year as many short warranty TV breaks just after warranty ends, so lets see how long this 65 will last

Lots of people hate on the extended coverage programs but for an OLED TV, GeekSquad is a must. I wouldn't even consider getting an OLED if not from Best Buy, The coverage is the best in the industry, and DOES cover dead pixels, as well as burn-in. Highly recommend picking it up alongside your electronics purchases if the cost of replacing the item would be excessive or a burden.

OLED is the way to go for amazing picture quality. The display is very thin, but thenbase is the heaviest part. Keep tyat in mind if you wallmount it. Habe a second person with you to help.

Always recommend getting geek squad warraty! Its a no brainer!

It’s always great to have some extra protection for life’s unexpected events, and I like having that peace of mind.

I haven't had to use it yet but i love having the option to use it if i were to need it.

We bought this for our previous TV. It failed just a few months before the protection expired. I called the Geek Squad, described the issue and he told me it was not repairable and I could exchange at the store. We bought a more expensive TV and only had to pay the difference. Very smooth and easy transaction. And very much worth buying on expensive items.

I always get service plans with purchases just in case something goes wrong. I would recommend any customers purchase protection plans with any type of purchase made. Nothing in this life is guaranteed. All manufactured items built and designed could possibly have a defect or become inoperable.
