When I purchased an expensive TV I ended up purchasing this as well I’m so happy I did not have any problems with the TV and when I ended up going to sell it I almost got all my money back this is one of the things that she definitely need to have just in case

I purchased this protection plan to cover issues that may arise on my Samsung 4K Ultra Smart TV. It is expensive, but I believe it's worth it; this plan gives me 5 years of protection for my tv, which is necessary because the tv is also expensive. If my tv malfunctions, they have to fix it for free or replace the tv. This protection is a must-have!

This is a must get if you want to get the absolute most from your tech or appliances. And hopefully you dont need to call on them for much but its great to know they got you when needed. Always helps to have pro on call.

geek squad protection is great to have espcially for a quality product. 5 year will comfort me in knowing that im covered. its great to have. hopefully wont need it but you never know.

Works as stated oled tv had burn in and techs came out and inspected the tv. A few hours later I received email saying they would replace tge tv.

Worth for peace of mind. You never know when a cat with knock down your new item.

I really appreciate and love the installers because they walk me through it explained everything to me and fixed and clean what they messed up

My TV was one day away from being out of geek squad warranty but they honored it and I was able to get a new TV easily. It did take a couple of phone calls and some emails back-and-forth but no one gave me any trouble or pushback. I highly recommend geek squad protection for anyone’s purchases!

My purchase was excellent purchase one of best tv I ever had. And all my services are excellent as well.

What more do you expect? It's a plan there in case you break it.

Hopefully I will never need this 5-year protection plan for my new insignia 58 inchTV, but if I do, the price of 59.99 seems like a really great investment for additional protection.

So i brought this television because my other one broke and i always been a fan of Samsung. The quality of this tv is A1 just so clear and well worth the money. I highly recommend it.

I really don't have a basis to rate this yet as I haven't needed to use it and honestly hope I don't ever have to but am glad to have the protection if I need it.

Fantastic tv with beautiful picture quality. Yes, there are better quality screens on the market but they carry price tags at least 5x what this was. Great upgrade for me, expect it to last me the next several years
