About 15 months after purchasing my 65 inch Hisense TV it developed a problem. Periodically, I would have to unplug the TV and then plug it back in in order to get it to turn on. The Geek Squad was unable to secure the parts necessary to correct this problem, so they delivered and installed a new TV. I was very pleased with this outcome and the prompt service.

Every item I purchase from Best Buy I always get an extended warranty one thing I say about Best Buy they stand behind their warranties thank you very much keep up be good work.

Worst tv setup ever. I had a dog chew up original remote for a 70inch tv. Had to buy replacement. So I was having issues with tv running Netflix and other streaming devices. So I did a factory reset on the tv. Didnt know you couldnt program a with a replacement. Must have the original. So now I have a 70 inch brick. Al because their is no way to get past programming remote without oringinal.

Our TV died and fortunately we had the Geek Squad warranty. When they came they were very courteous and professional. Knew exactly what the problem was and explained everything in terms we could understand. Unfortunately he couldn’t fix it but we got our money back and we’re able to buy a new one right away.

Better safe than sorry. Just get it, it ends up being worth it.

It has been too soon for me to tell anyting about the warranty but I heard that it was awesome and protect everything and it's worth having so I would have eyes purchase it because you never know what can happen to your merchandise so purchase it and let them help you enjoy your merchandise to the fullest

I have had this support for many years now and it sure has cut down all the frustrations of any problems with a computer and Ipad and more. My computers have lasted much longer with the Geek Squad help too.

My last tv had a problem nearly immediately after purchase. The Geek Squad replaced the hardware boards and the tv was fine for as long as I expected it to last.

Well, I've never really had to use geek squad and that means the quality of the products purchased are a success.

We had a 2 warranty and had to use it two months before it expired got a full refund for original purchase and was able to buy a new tv the same day !!!!!! Great service

I recommend extended warranties on most high-end televisions. The cost of replacement panels are well worth the warranty price. If they don't make the parts anymore Best Buy will give you the replacement value in a equally featured television. The extended warranty has paid off for me in the past.

The extra protection is work it, the unexpected can always happen..

Geek Squad service and installation is the very best! They are committed and dedicated to providing quality installation and service. The personnel are very professional, arrived on time and even called when they were on their way. I can’t recommend Geek Squad highly enough!!!

I bought this plan for my 55" LG CX OLED because it specifically states that it protects my purchase from burn-in. I had the opportunity to purchase the same TV for cheaper (after taxes) from AAFES but their plan does NOT cover burn-in.

Do not do what I did and forget to add this to you're purchase, definitely worth the piece of mind it gives you. Also is a value and if the squad is ever needed are some of the nicest most patient people around.
