I always buy Geek Squad insurance for my technology. There has never been a moment when I had any difficulties either replacing or fixing my items.

I got the 5 year standard greek squad protection plan for my smart tv for $59 which I feel was a good deal because I had another tv without the 5 year plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it . Where now paying $59 for the plan and they will fix anything so I think thats a no brainer.

I always add geek squad protection for everything I buy at Best Buy. The coverage is fantastic. Any issues, resolved right away. Damage to charging cords? Replaced no questions asked. Printer issues, refund or exchange for convenience. Questions a phone call away.

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!

Whenever we buy anything from Best Buy we always get the Geek Squad protection which has always been beneficial to us!! Lightening storms etc can damage tv's even if you have generators or power supplies! So for us the protection is well worth it especially with how expensive electronics can be!

Will always protect my TVs. We bought a TV 4 years ago and put a 5 year protection plan on it. Of course something went wrong as 4 1/2 years. Geek squad took care of us and we are able to get a larger, higher quality TV because we had the protection plan on it! AWESOME SERVICE.

It gives me much peace of mind that the TV I bought for my father has a fix or replace coverage for the next 5 years. The cost works out to a couple of drinks from Starbucks per year. VERY affordable coverage that can be redeemed at many stores. I live in a different county than my parents. TV problems, there's a store 5 minutes away from them!

A. They didnt laugh at us when we needed their hlep because we couldnt open the remote to put the batteries in B. Professional and knowledgeable

Agents set up my new tv. However, it was frustrating getting them to come to my house. Miscommunications happened several times. But, overall, techs were very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions.

Worth the value. Easy add on to purchase. Have used Geek Squad for previous purchases and they are great to work with.

So far I have not needed their help but nice to have them as a backup plan. First TV we purchased had a problem and we thought we didnt know what we were doing but Best Buy was great to help us return it and get a replacement. Replacement TV is great and was easy to set up

Haven't had to use Geek Squad Plan for this purchase(and hopefully won't have to!) but in years past, it has been a sense of relief when I damaged an essentially brand new phone. Geek squad protection is worth the peace of mind with some of these expensive tech purchases.
