Best tv I've bought. No issues. Easy to use. Love it

The Geek Squad protection is one of the best if you have an issue with your product you just taken in no questions asked exchange for a new product.

Got this for TV protection. Peace of Mind for next 5 year.

Tv works great for the purpose of needing a Tv last minute!

Geek Squad protection is FOUL...!!!! I was told that the protection plan would start after the manufacturers warranty ended. Samsung gives a Minimum of 1 year manufacturer warranty. So I purchase the 2 year Geek Squad protection for approximately $250.00. in July 31, 2020. Samsungs warranty ended July 31, 2021....therefor, by what I was told by the Best Buy sale person, my Geek Squad protection should start July 31, 2021 and end July 31, 2023. When I called best buy to claim my protection...because the TV has a defect with pixels going dead....lots of pixels, so the best buy rep told me the plan expired ...GET THIS....BECAUSE THE GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION STARTED THE SAME TIME SAMSUNGS WARRANTY STARTS. WHAT SINCE DOES THAT MAKE TO HAVE A PLAN GOING WHILE IT'S STILL UNDER WARRANTY. AS I WAS TOLD WHEN PURCHASING THE TV THAT IT WOULD START AFTER THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ENDS. BEST BUY THAT'S NOT RIGHT..... AND THEY KNOW IT'S NOT RIGHT...and gave me the option to PAY $130 more dollars to have a diagnostic test of the TV.

I am so grateful that I got this 5-year Best Buy geek squad because my TV started faltering after about 4 and 1/2 years and I called Best Buy and they replaced it immediately with a better TV

The team we got were amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, patient. They never rushed us and spent time showing us the options and shortcuts. This team has been together and worked for Best Buy for a long time. Definitely recommend this service and will use again when we need to purchase any tvs

I've used Geek Squad twice. The first time they repaired my television on site (my home), the technicians both times brought their own folding tables and cloths to my residence, the second time the parts were no longer available so the technician had Best Buy credit me for a replacement Television. I highly recommend this service. I just bought a 50" bedroom TV (Dec 12, 2023), and guess what I added on as a Just In Case...Geek Squad coverage! My thanks and respect to all of the unsung technicians that Best Buy utilizes to make their warranty incredible.

Picked the geek squad protection with my new 70 inch TV. Can’t go wrong with this warranty. Hopefully I don’t ever need to use it but the cost is definitely worth the cost. I bought the new Tv due to an accident with my old tv that would have been covered if I had this service in the 1st place…

Outstanding Geek Squad for anybody that needs. Computers were doing.

Bought this because as in previous experience, Best Buy does repair or replace TV’s. I had a DLP that had some kind of part failure and Best Buy took care of it. I have also bought TVs with this warranty and have not had issues. Its good for “peace of mind.” I most recently purchased this for an OLED. These TVs have a small risk of panel failure and/or image burn in. Best Buy offers coverage for this. I doubt I’ll have any issues, but just incase. I decided to get 5 years of coverage. TV’s are sensitive tech these days. They are difficult to transport etc... In home service is best.

I have not had to use this yet, so can't really say how it works. Glad to not have any issues requiring the extra protection. 5 stars for ease of purchase.
