Haven't used the warranty yet but have used Geek Squad before. They are professional and take time to explain features of new TV's

Team manger was very patient with my tv purchase. She ensured all my questions were answered and helped me with my online account to make an in person purchase.

Very good quality tv and the 65” fit out layout nicely. Tv remote is a little slow or maybe its the UI but I use apple tv so I dont have to deal with that too much. It does have shortcut buttons for netflix, prime video and disney+ on the remote which is nice. It only has two hdmi ports which sucks for a big tv

I love that it is wireless and no cartridges. I can see when it is low on ink!

I’ve been using geek squad for all my purchases for the past 4yrs and it’s amazing the coverage you get at Best Buy with this plan take it form someone who really doesn’t purchase coverage for her items because there’s always a catch with all other companies but Geek Squad is amazing truly recommendable.

Geek squad, ah, the Best Buy nerds, but don't downplay them, they know their stuff and are easiest to work with over other big box stores. Great peace of mind at a low price!

The protection plan gives the people an opportunity to not worry about getting the replacement or the money back.

The geek squad agents did a great job mounting my tv and hooking everything up plus a some basic training.

With the age of the net, these type of services are sort of outdated.

Bought it for my Sony which probably I won’t be using due the Sony brand is an excellent one. But due to so many power outages where I live, I choose to play safe with my Sony. I previously gad for an LG and used once, and it’s a very good warranty.

I always buy 5 year Because of the size of the TV 65" Sony

Best buy and geek squad have the best warranty hands down.

The agent was amazing. He really got everything taken care of, the part that was to be installed was not the problem. He got it worked out. Got a new TV. They brought it to my house because it was over 42". And took the old one. Glad I paid for the warranty. Was worth it for sure

Geek Squad is the best friend to any big purchase you make. You got questions, concerns they are here for you. I have never had a problem and have purchased Geek Squad with all my Best Buy purchases that I know I will use daily.

very good deal-its good when at if your tv goes out and it doesnt work basically you get a new tv

If you intend to purchase anything of significance then you ought to seriously consider adding extra service and protection. Geek squad will not repair or replace anything that has malfunctioned or been damaged but also provide technical support for you by answering any questions you may have and assisting with any installation or compatibility issues you may run into. This is a no brainer for me.

Its a peace of mind in a house full of elect tonics. Much apprecieated.
