Geek squad protection plans are worth the extra money. several years ago I had purchased a 46" Samsung 3d/smart/hdtv. after less than 18 months, It had a huge dim bar across the screen. it was irreparable and Best Buy had to give me, at minimum, what I purchased. they no longer had 46" 3D/smart/HDTV's, so they had to give me a 55". The plan saved me from having to buy a new tv and I also got a size upgrade. can't beat that!

I think this is on my sound bar and hopefully I will never have to use it but glad to have peace of mind knowing if I do I can bring it in and they will take care of it.

I like the geek squad plans we have the five year plan for our TV. The agent who sold our TV stated it will cover any issues we have for our tv. And if the TV still has issues they will replace it with the same TV comparable to what you originally paid for it. It’s a good plan and you pay it along with buying your product one time.

Best service in town you can't beat it most appliances and tvs break down after 2 year so its a must to grab a 5 year warranty and bestbuy delivers when the time is right if not tou got 1heck of a tv or appliance

Guys came on time very polite and had manners asked me where this item was going and brought it in offered to give me a hand with putting up but I was in a bit of rush so decline their help.

I have it use them but I hope they have a great customer service.

Quality and price is amazing, will always do business with Best Buy, looking forward for a desk top computer system for December time frame.

Let’s hope the tv either lasts longer or breaks within g the 5 year window, this warranty purchase will determine if I ever purchase one again. 10/10….

I will say though that in the distant past (back when a 65in Pioneer Plasma TV cost between $9,000 -10,000) they allowed an extension of the original extended warranty and honored their coverage in about year 8 of warranty replacing that TV with an equivalent unit (now Panasonic) which is still in use today some 14 years from the original purchase and still a great TV especially for sports, action and 3D movies.

Geek squad is a very good service for any electronic equipment. Excellent customer service
