Great service came and in a timely manner it was easy to set up and appointment and I didn’t have to wait along time to get one. Once arrived was very respectful tried to fix my tv and saw he could T and instantly put in for me to get a gift card to replace it. I went and picked out my new tv the next day

Normally I do not purchase extended warranties, but after a recent storm I had a need to buy a new TV. After listening to everything that this warranty covers I found it to be a good cost effective thing to buy. If I had this on the TV that I had to replace, I would not have had to buy a new TV.

The salesman at Best Buy in Germantown (Mr. G..." ) was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. He took time to explain the importance of purchasing a warranty for my 24 " televisions. Got Geek Squad for my LG Air Conditioner because the previous one on wheels broke after 2 years. Warranties like this are necessary with AC's that breakdown after a short time

Geek squad service has been great so far. They helped me out in store when I had questions.

We had Andrew from the Geek Squad come to our home to set up out new TV and sound bar. He was wonderful!! He answered all our “senior” questions and helped us feel comfortable with using the new technology. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, listened and answered our questions, and was professional. He told us we could call him if we had any additional questions which we have done. He was very patient with us. He made us feel comfortable with our new purchase. Wonderful!!!

As I age, and I am just shy of 70 now, it gets more difficult to keep up with computer advances and time saving shortcuts. This is just a small part of what The Geek Squad can help you with. Of course, there is the rare event when an electronic device actually malfunctions, and this is the obvious time to get their help. However, the more often need for these people is when you cannot seem to get the hang of specific sequences of procedures or when some device really doesn't work as it is supposed to.
