Great service. Had an extended warranty for my tv and had to use it. The process was easy to take care of the problem. They replaced my old tv and installed the new one . They took away the old tv, cleaned up after installing the new tv and were very professional . I would strongly recommend purchasing an extended warranty. I was very happy with the process and the prompt service.

My tv started smoking so i order another i picked my TV up the girl that brought it out was very pleasant and my aide helped her put it the Van that was very good day.

The individual Andrew, who helped me, was really concerned about my issue. Unlike his coworker, who I overheard continuously prompting him to stop trying to assist me.

I love the peace of mind that this gives me, I have two kids under the age of three and I know far too well that accidents can cause some damage, but this offers me peace of mind!

I got this plan and I have yet to use it and hopefully I don't need to since I bought a expensive tv but I know that if I do need it I wouldn't have to sweat with a replacement.

Excellent protection plan. I usually don't purchase extra protection plans. Since this purchase was an open box, I was mainly concerned with the remote having many sctatches on the solar charging panel of the remote. A new remote cost more than the protection plan. I am very pleased with Geek Squad coverage.

Great protection, but read the fine print, there is alot of ways they can get out of covering your items

I always buy the extended warranty here at Best Buy. Things today have so many options and things they can do, you need to be covered when something goes wrong. I highly recommend!

When ever i make a purchase i use geek squad and thier warranty on every purchase for my electronic. Knowing that if anything happens im covered gives me peace of mind. Always recommend getting this to save on repairs. And the service is top notch

i gave this product 4 stars because 1 if you have mutiple tvs you need seaprate remotes 2. it takes a while to boot up 3 there is a custom app that if you dont sign up for you cant use the tv 4 i was expectimg better from poineer

I haven't use the geek squad recently but, in the past they never disappointed me and I'm sure they will not let me down if I needed them again.
