BB is asking me to review something I've not needed to use yet. Yes, I purchased this for my TV but I can't give an informed review since I have no experience other than buying the plan which was painless and reasonable

Strongly recommend this if you are purchasing an oled tv. I recently had to use mine for burn in on an oled tv. Best Buy took care of it with no issue.

TV was delivered and placed exactly where I wanted it. Answered all my questions. Very quick and effecient.

Purchased this with a previous tv and when the tv’s screen was starting to go, best buy was able to replace the tv. It was worth the purchase! They did a home visit to look at the original tv and then set up a replacement with a time and date for the delivery! Highly recommend!

We recently had an issue with a 55 inch TV that was not working properly. After two attempts were made to diagnose the problem and find a solution it was determined that the warranty would be used to replace the faulty unit. It took less than 10 days to find a replacement, have it delivered and remove the old TV.

Would not purchase a new higher cost electronic without the extended warranty! Our last Samsung TV went out 30 days before our previous extended warranty ran out. Old set was replaced with a new one at no charge.

Worth the extra dollars. Had purchased plan when we bought our wall mounted tv, Samsung 75". After about 4 1/2 years the set started to go bad (white dots on screen). lived with that for awhile, the found the protection plan. Called for a tech to look at the problem, took the units numbers, to find a replacement part. Part was not made anymore, so, the plan replaced old tv with a new one. purchased protection plan again for the new tv..

My mom love this offer because in case the television stop working she can get a replacement for the television the wall mount

These plans are a great value for protection against burn-in on OLED TVs. Only $160 for 5 year protection on LG C2 42. Highly recommend. I owned a CX for 3 years and had no burn in (gave that one to my sibling now), but always great to have the peace of mind. Better safe than sorry!
