Bad Protection plan

Come to find out this protection does nto offer accidental, and the worst was to find out that BestBuy doesn't offer any accidental coverage for TVs at all. You are better off purchasing Upsie or from another company.

after 3 months screen got cracked on my TV

I was told it could not be fixed so I ask are you going to replace it. I was told no. So now I'm still paying on a TV and a protection policy that is no good. I am not happy. So i went to Walmart and bought another new TV.

Dissapointed but Friendly Agents

Not a good TV
