It's all good now but I had trouble getting it set up. The remote was not working out of the box. It would turn the TV on but none of the other controls worked so I could not navigate through the set up menus. After about 15 minutes some of the controls started working and I was able to set up the TV. But then the power button would not turn off the TV. The only way to power it on and off was with voice commands. I went to settings and was able to download an update for the remote but that made no difference. I gave up on it for the night thinking I would take it back the next day but in the morning the remote was working perfectly. No problems since. It seemed the remote needed several hours to figure out how to talk to the TV. Otherwise, the TV is great!

Samsung is known for quality on its products. Made by humans can fail. Power supply went out on ou'23 model. Purchased like model '25 model year. Now we protected from problems or replacement.

I always purchase Best Buy's GSP when it comes to high ticket items. The GSP covers basically everything that can go wrong and have never had issues when filing a claim. I highly recommend it!

Excellent television for the low price. I love the smart screen and amazing audio. I wouldn't mind buying another one for the patio.

Get squad protection is a life saver and Ive personally had to use it. Replaced my TV at no cost.

I took this for piece of mind. I am sure the tv will last longer as the last one worked for 15 years. Only reason the other one needed replaced fell off stand.

For the price point of this TV it is probably the best "Bang for your buck" TV on the market. At 86" the picture quality is extremely good. Because the panel uses direct lighting, banding issues are common. However this TV has minimal banding. I have seen far worse from other brands of similar design. This is something you have to expect at this price point, design and screen size. I'm surprised that some reviews here are knocking the picture quality. When "set up" properly this TV has amazing sharpness and detail for a back lit LED IPS panel. You do suffer a bit on contrast as compared to a VA panel but you have a far greater viewing angle. For me the contrast is far better on this TV than I expected. Now for the best part about this TV. This is the ONLY TV in the 75 series that has a 120Hz native refresh rate, Dolby Vision, HDMI 2.2 and the A7 Gen 4 processor. Overall if you're looking for a massive TV with really good 4K picture quality I really don't see how you can go wrong, especially at $1,799. If you don't want any banding and the best possible contrast then you should opt for a VA panel that is side lit or array lighting or just go for the QNED or OLED. Expect at least double the price though.

Picture clarity is excellent. Colors are well defined. Controls are easy to use. Nice size for a table mounted TV. Anything larger might require wall mounting.

Warranties are great to ensure your product's lifeline. So far i didn't need it so far, but it's always a good investment, you never know what could happen and best buy's warranties have solved some issues in the past when i needed ;)

I’m not usually prone to purchase warranties, but when I read the service provider was Geek Squad & the price so affordable I felt confident in my choice.

It is always a good thing to have extra protection, especially on electronics.

Good warranty for pricing. Usually always buy the warranty from bestbbuy.

I've had Geek Squad Protection on my other devices. It's piece of mind. I think I only had to use their service once, but it was worth it.

I bought the plan because I might have it break on me, and this is a quality TV.

You never know when you will need warranty coverage or support so having this plan is assurance I know any issues I have will be resolved.

I hope i never have to use this, but its nice to have a backup plan for piece of mind
