Great protection plan for my Samsung TV. Grabbed the the twobyear plan.

Geek squad service was quick and simple!! I was worried i was going to have to go through all these loop holes just to replace my tv that had lines going across the screen but they ended up giving me options such as a new but same model tv or a gift card for a new one.

I bought a Sony TV in 2017 and purchased a 5 year Geek Squad warranty. I thought the Sony TV would last a long time, but I decided to buy the warranty just in case. The TV suddenly quit working in May 2020. Best Buy sent a repairman out to check TV. It could not be repaired. They replaced it with a new TV. So glad I had the 5 year warranty. It's also nice to be able to call Geek Squad when I have any questions.

so far the best tv ever, the best beautiful picture I've seen in a television and the 55 inch is a great size.

Always get the geek squad protection just in case u never know my TV went out in a year and best buy replaced it at no cost and yes they do honor the insurance on almost everything a little bit more money but its worth it.

Usually I stay away from warranties; however, Geek Squad warranties are the exception. Highly recommend spending the coin if you are buying something expensive.

The hardest thing was to get a vehicle to transport it but this tv is amazing and the price is even better

I never disappointed at Best Buy or Geek Squad’s quality of service. I haven’t had to take any help from Geek Squad for my recent purchases. But I have in the past and I never regretted my decision.

OLED is the way to go for amazing picture quality. The display is very thin, but thenbase is the heaviest part. Keep tyat in mind if you wallmount it. Habe a second person with you to help.

Purchased this warranty with my son's 43 inch Insignia tv. His tv went out within a year of purchase, and after I contacted customer service to let them know they did honor my warranty but let me know since I was getting a new item I would have to repurchase the warranty.

 This TV came right on time. My old one went out on me. My warranty was up so I had to get a new one. I seen this one the price was right, so I got it brilliant picture look like I chose the right one. 

I have been shopping at same location (West Nashville) store for over 20 years and have been very happy with staff, help and products knowledge and availability and Geek Squad. Thank you Geek squad and every one at Best buy store.

Worth every penny. I had an HDMI port go bad in my LG C1 they came to the house replaced the entire board within 30 minutes and did not cost me anything extra. The service guys were excellent and friendly. Highly recommend when making expensive purchases.

I always purchase the protection plan. The Geek Squad has come to my rescue a couple of times over the years. Especially having a young one at home with his electronics. No telling when a spill or fall may happen, LOL. A necessary purchase. Thank you Geek Squad

Geek squad, ah, the Best Buy nerds, but don't downplay them, they know their stuff and are easiest to work with over other big box stores. Great peace of mind at a low price!

I’ve been shopping for my electronics at Best Buy for longer than I can remember. I love the Geek Squad and I love the protection plans. Unfortunately I’ve had to use the plans over the years and I’ve never been disappointed in the repairs or replacements.

Well, i can't say this enough about Geek Squad, they are excellent! If you're on the fence about including their services, don't be! Its worth every penny. I've never had a bad experience with thembor have anything negative to say. They will always take care of you.

My Samsung tv had black circles in the screen during white screens tv was replaced with no problems
