ALWAYS BUY FOR ADDITIONAL COVERAGE. I did not like that my purchased warranty outsourced my repair to a NON-Geek Squad company. They picked up and returned my television and the problem persisted. After I complained to GEEK SQUAD I received a call back they diagnosed the tv over the phone and I was instructed to return the television to Best Buy for a refund at the current listed price.

Hope I never have to use it. But if needed they will come to my home to repair.

I purchase warranty for almost everything I buy I think I only used it a few times before. During this pandemic it seems like everything started breaking down. A set of gaming headphones, sound bar and a tv luckily everything was under Geek Squad. When I took these items to them I had no problem getting replacements all the products. That means for me I still will be purchasing from Geek Squad 5 stars.

I hope I never have to use this but I’m glad I got it.

Team manger was very patient with my tv purchase. She ensured all my questions were answered and helped me with my online account to make an in person purchase.

I haven't needed to contact the geek squad yet, but having the coverage at a very good price is comforting.

Can’t really say much but I do know they honor their service and they do get things fixed. If they don’t they will replace a new item so I can say the service is.

I always get the geek squad protection plan. It was a breeze submitting a claim 2 WEEKS before it expired. Geek squad attempted to repair my tv and when they couldn’t I was given store credit to purchase a new ones no questions asked.

When getting a new TV definitely get their geek squad protection. They come to you if there’s any problems.

Geek Squad was very helpful. They walked me through every troubleshooting step several times hoping to get my tv back in working order the same day but my tv wasn’t having it at all. So with all other options exhausted we scheduled a visit for a couple weeks out and they will be coming to install a new motherboard from my understanding.

GS agents were patient, efficient, and made me feel confident they knew what I needed to get up and running with my system. My old laptop had 10+ years of family photos, professional files and my financial records. The device was dying a painful death but GS transferred all fills to new device.
