The agent had great customer service and great communication. He explained every step in the process of fixing my tv and made sure all my appointments were scheduled at convenient times for me.

Purchased this protection plan along with a tablet I bought. The tablet unfortunately does not get as good of a rating as the protection, and thanks to the protection plan and Geek Squad the issues with the tablet have been fixed (more than once). Geek Squad always helpful and friendly. Have used them for other products as well.

These plans from Best Buy are very valuable. I have bought them in the past and had to use it for my last TV. It definitely paid for itself.

Geek Squad protection is always a plus. Had an incident from the past. A defect appeared months after ownership-Item was replaced with no hassle. It is a pleasure doing business with a company that stands behind what they sell!

I have not used the Geek Squad yet but if I have any issues I would definitely use them.

Geek squad rocks! Good price for 2 Year warranty and best part if something goes wrong they come to your house! No need to pack it up and bring it to the store!

Worth it! Changed my TV three times in three years due to normal wear and tear. For each replacement did not have to pay more $100 for my new TV (each a different brand). Never get a TV without this warranty.

Outstanding service contract. The price was right and the coverage is great. It gives me peace of mind to know that my electronics are covered by a great contract. One might take a chance and go without the contract, but, i'd rather be safe than sorry.

Our tv power supply stopped working. Geek spuad was fast and Professional. The people who came to work on my tv had a good attitude and liked there job 10 out of 10

5 year warranty for a very decent price. It's hard to review something I haven't use but it's an affordable insurance. Never used Geek Squad before. Didn't like Best buy's last insurance partner.

This product is some great stuff although I don’t necessarily like to shop at Best Buy there are when you really want to get a good deal and you can’t finance anywhere else for the same price as far as washing machines/drawers go they are terrible

some people believe that if you buy warranty that something will go wrong with a product buy in the long run its woth every penney because lets say you buy a tv and add warrantty for $100 more for 5 years and if anything is wrong with the tv they will basically give you a free tv because to repair it cost more money for them
