I always purchase Geek Squad service and have had to use their service a few times with nothing but satisfaction and I will continue to use their service.

Salesperson was right. I always get the protection plan when purchasing a TV. Smart suggestion from salesperson.

I love everything about this tv. It has loads of apps that are free a beautiful picture may options. The only thing I wish it had was a tv show reminder. I need this function due to my busy life and forget what's on each night.

This comes in handy. I've never been disappointed with replacement or service.

Hopefully won't need to use it, but have used Geek Squad protection in the past and it has worked out fine.

If I did not purchase this, I would of had to buy a new tv at $500-$700. This really came in clutch

Just had geek squad give a gift card to replace my four year Samsung that died. Worth the money, won’t buy anything without geek squad.

I do not regret getting this. It’s been very helpful so far. It’s a little pricey but worth it.

We got the plan because it was a good value - we're hoping that we never have to use it, but it's good to have the protection just in case!

Geek squad has never failed me in all the years I have had protection plans with them and I have had several.

I can not say anything about the warranty that I have purchased so folk make sure you get that extra protection.

I am uncertain how to own an electronic peace of equipment and not have Geek Squad. One call and they do it all.
