Purchased it with my Samsung TV, haven't had to use it yet, but got it for those just in case moments.

After our tv went out on us on Christmas Eve, we decided this is important to have. 5 years should be enough for most of the TVs today.

Hopefully, I won't need to use this, but has always been a good investment to protect my products.

2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection is a great thing to have if you go to best buy for most of your tech needs

You can't go wrong by protecting your investment especially with the amount of coverage that geek squad offers.

I have not had to use it and hopefully I don't have to for my 60" LG SMART TV. It's great to have coverage for an extended period. I've used the plan before on other items and have had each one fix/replaced.

I always purchase the warranty service. You neve know when you will need it. Better safe than sorry.

Hopefully, this won't be needed but this does give me a peace of mind!

You need a service plan when spending money on a big ticket item. It’s just back up if the item goes bad.

I've purchased several items from Best Buy and purchased insurance for them, but I've haven't had the need of contacting Support for any issue.

Always purchase the Geek Squad coverage on my appliances.

I purchased a 5 year warranty on my new tv samsung AU8000

I would never go to anyone else for tech support. My St Joseph, Mo. Greek Squad Agent Andy is the best.

The price is right for their service. I can't imagine buying a $1500 to and not getting their service. Spend the money to not worry about anything!!

I always question should I get protection on my purchases. I always get protection for any electronic devices.

Overall the Geek squad has been awesome. The installer went beyond requirements.
