The hardest thing was to get a vehicle to transport it but this tv is amazing and the price is even better

Fortunately I got a working TV and have not had to test the warranty yet, but this tv will get used a lot in our bedroom so I got the warranty for 30.00. If it quits the cashier said I could just replace it for a year then they will fix it or refund my money when something happens.

In love with the sound bar. The bass is amazing. I have it for my bedroom, bass shakes the whole room even on a low volume.

Definitely worth having the protection incase anything happens.

I always get a geek squad protection plan. Last time the back panel of LG went out and all images had such a strong blue hue. They came and looked at it then gave me a credit to get a new tv.

Comes in handy. Peace of mind to have because you never know what happened with electronics.

Just got my new tv. Was using an older 1 given to me and it went out. I made sure to buy the protection plan so if something happened I knew I'd be covered for any help I'd needed!!

Agents came in assessed my TV and because it was under created a ticket to have it exchanged for a working and newer set. I purched an extended warranty for the new TV as well. It is a financial lode saver.

I have been getting the Geek Squad protection on my Best Buy purchases for years. It's definitely worth it as they will either fix the problem or replace the item with the newest model if the model isn't available any longer. I love having the piece of mind knowing that if something happens, I don't have to spend a ton of money to replace it. Geek Squad is extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Definitely worth the money for larger purchases.

I haven't used Geek Squad in awhile, YAYYYY! However I have in the past and was glad I made choice to have this service. They were always able to fix my problem. They offer good customer service. Can’t go wrong with this coverage.Even a minor repair would likely far exceed the cost of the coverage. Based on knowledge and professional activity installing the television, I am confident that any repair would go seamlessly (hopefully this will be moot)

5-year protection plan was a must when purchasing such an investment and the price really works out well when you consider the full coverage you receive during these 5 years of usage.
