Geek squad installed my television flawlessly and was very professional throughout the entire process.

Very helpful and as my tv still under 2 year warranty just got new one to replace old one well worth it

Haven't had the need to use this service, but it's always good to have that extra safety net.

I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!

75” tv purchased salesman said purchase the warranty, I asked does it cover accidental screen damage. He said yes it does! WELL IT DOESN’T and now i have no tv and out $79.99! Went to the store manager said oh well i can’t control want lies my employees say. Almost blew my gasket!!! Best Buy should be held accountable for what your employees tell us the customers!! Lies and deception to sell a protection plan and take peoples hard earned money!!!

I'm always questioning my self when I have to purchase protection for my large purchases. I purchased the protection to one of my TV's 3 years ago and my TV started to flicker. I called to get it service, however they could not fix it and my TV was replaced!!! You may not ever use the service but it sure was nice to have it when you need it.

I Purchase Protection on every best buy item I buy, but not just any protection........ Geek Sqaud protection! They replace with equal value of a product if your not satisfied. Im always going to recommend them because every time they have done service or replacements of my products its been shown to me that they are very concerned about my satisfaction towards their service and that is the bottom line most important thing for me as a customer. 5 stars guys!

The agents came out to my home to see if there was a problem with my television. As well they came out to my home to help me find a replacement tv and delivered my new tv.

Purchase protections plans selectively. When I've had an issue replacement easy.

THE GEEK SQUAD IS A GOOD VALUE. IF YOU VALUE PEACE OF MIND.

This was a five year warranty package that includes damage coverage from a lightning strike, which is what terminated the TV the new purchase replaced. I hope I do not have to use this coverage so I could provide a more thorough rating. I did have a problem with the new TV, but it was within a year of purchase, so Geek Squad protection told me I needed to process my claim through the original manufacturer warranty plan.

They were backed up so I had my son in law install and set TV up

Haven’t had any problems with my TV.. yet but if I do I will love to see what it covers I’m sure it’s very worth it you never know what could happen

Glad i got this with a tv purchase, bought a dishwasher a few months later and got free install and haul away of old dishwasher They did send a contractod to install it, they put a screw through my counter top

I've have received nothing but fabulous service from the Geek Squad. I highly suggest them!

I haven't had to use the protection plan, but it's coverage is robust and puts my worries at ease.
