You never know what may happen with your product. Having the security of the Geek squad, definitely helps ease your mind especially if you are not so tech savvy. I haven't had to use them yet but it's nice to know that they are there to help.

The Geek Squad is great. Everyone at Best Buy is knowledgeable about the available products, and they are very helpful in finding the products that will work best with my own personal needs. The staff at Best Buy are very helpful.

The Warranty is amazing, if something happens with your device you can just bring it in. Repairs are usually 1-2 weeks but if you qualify for a replacement then you just saved yourself so much money!

Overall my experience was awesome with my tv replacement, my TV went out and I had no problem resolving the issue with guidance from the team and purchase of warranty.

Purchased this to go with our new home office printer and I hope I don't need to use it but good insurance if the unit fails and we need it replaced. Giving it 4 stars because I haven't actually ever had to use one of these protection policies so I don't know if there will be any kind of hassle in actually doing so.

The Geek squad warranty is a must have. Any issue I had with my TV was resolved right away no issues. The customer service representative was willing to help and very friendly.

If your going to invest a few thousand on a really great 75” tv get the 5 year warranty because my last tv only had a 2 year warranty and died 2 months after the warranty ended.

They are great. I have never had an issue with repair or workers.

Just in case the screen cracks as things have been known to fly at the tv occassionaly.

I know the Geek Squad is a great addition to Best Buy, I purchased the Warranty, because I trust both Best Buy, and Geek Squad.

Have thankfully, not had to use this protection plan, but with the size of the purchase and TV, the knowledge that Best Buy will fully replace the TV with an existing or newer model TV, within the coverage period, made this a worthwhile additional purchase.

I bought 5 year geek squad protection for our lg smart tv. We will be moving soon and I know the movers has a liability insurance but I know they don’t cover some of the repairs.
