Great warranty and added protection for an appliance or electronic.

If you can, I recommend getting Geek Squad protection on electronics such as tv's. A few years ago, I purchased a smart tv for my son and had it for about a year before it completely went kaputt. It always had issues toggling properly through the apps and would sometimes take ten minutes switching from one app to the other. Luckily, I did purchase Geek Squad protection and was able to get another tv since there was no way of fixing that one. We went with a different brand and have had no issues since.

They helped me with my laptop. They knew what the issue was and explained to me how to troubleshoot problems.

I'd definitely recommend Geek Squad for all of your electronic purchases because it gives you a peace-of-mind and you know Best Buy ain't going nowhere so they'll be here for the long haul!

I always get Geek Squad protection on my electronics. It’s just provides a peace of mind. Thankfully I’ve never had to use it.

Got it to be better safe then sorry. The cost was not bad.

Can't really provide an opinion yet, as we have yet to use the warranty. Obviously, the product has to break in order to evaluate the extended warranty service. But hopefully the warranted product will never have to be serviced under the warranty period.

Great and reliable/ I always purchase the plan to give me peace of mind/ I always know I can come into the Best Buy and they will help me with what I have a problem with.

The price was quite reasonable for this. Being a Samsung TV, life expectancy and lack of trouble is to be expected. My Mom had one for 20 years with no trouble. I probably won't need the service, but if I do, I know Best Buy will take care of the issue for the next 5 years. I feel safe with this, but hope to never need it.

I have read several reviews from people complaining about best buy and best buy products and policies so i decided to add a review. I love best buy and i have been a member for many years and just llke this last buy. Its amazing i bought a 98 inch qled tv and had it delivered and installed on the wall. I got the best service and a breath taking television. Its better than the movie theaters.

Having a five year warranty on any electronics these days is a very smart decision. It’s well worth the money because of the product has issues before five years is up. It’s gonna cost you a lot more money to fix it. I would highly recommend getting the five year warranty it has worked well for us.

I've purchased a laptop and a few TV's from Best Buy and always got the Geek Squad protection. The few times I've had to use it they were always very helpful and professional. No complaints!
