These warranties are 100% worth the money! I bought a Sony A9G in 11/2020 and it died 11/2022, because of the warranty Best Buy gave me $1800 for the A9G, $100 less than I paid 2 years ago, plus I got to keep my A9G despite its pixel issue. I put the money towards the A95K and bought another 5 year warranty! If you spend $2000+ on a tv, it’s worth it.

As I age, and I am just shy of 70 now, it gets more difficult to keep up with computer advances and time saving shortcuts. This is just a small part of what The Geek Squad can help you with. Of course, there is the rare event when an electronic device actually malfunctions, and this is the obvious time to get their help. However, the more often need for these people is when you cannot seem to get the hang of specific sequences of procedures or when some device really doesn't work as it is supposed to.

Always recommend getting geek squad warraty! Its a no brainer!

We had Andrew from the Geek Squad come to our home to set up out new TV and sound bar. He was wonderful!! He answered all our “senior” questions and helped us feel comfortable with using the new technology. He was knowledgeable, accommodating, listened and answered our questions, and was professional. He told us we could call him if we had any additional questions which we have done. He was very patient with us. He made us feel comfortable with our new purchase. Wonderful!!!

Happy with the extended warranty. The last tv started having problems just outside the factory warranty and as a piece of mind it was nice having the extended warranty. The tech’s came and checked out the old tv and determined that it was unrepairable. So the upgraded my tv with the newer model and I kept the same warranty.

Protection for any expensive device is worth it period. Dont over think it.

The agents hooked up the TV and explained everything to us from turning it on to turning on Prime Video. These guys were very knowledgeable, smart, and especially patient with us and took their time to install the tv and were very neat and cleaned up after themselves including taking the box/trash with them. All I had to do was to sit down and enjoy my new TV.

Got the service to protect my purchase. Great peace of mind.
