The agent set up my TV and downloaded all apps for me!

Seems to be a great service but forewarning, you must pay separate for each item you want covered.

I recommend always purchasing an extending warranty with any electronic/appliance you buy these days. It has paid off for me in so many ways, whereas I would be stuck with a huge repair bill or an unusable product. Best Buy has always been terrific about honoring their extended warranties, with with repair or replacement. The Geek Squad has always been easy to deal with, whether in store or home delivery and set up.

Whenever you buy something from Best Buy’s and are offered a warranty get it. Best Buy’s has the best hassle free warranty service you just have to know how to describe your problem, when my sister tv was messing up she got it checked out 3 times until I told her to explain to them that the tv goes blank after hours of use. Come to find out the motherboard on the tv was the problem which got fixed right away when explained the problem properly in stead of just saying it goes black sometimes.

It’s a protection plan, I mean what can you really say?

The agents were knowledgeable and helped me get the tv I wanted even though it was out of stock. The agents ordered it for me and it took less then 3 days.

I’ve yet to use the service but worth the value! Always get extra protection.

Nothing better than security when buying a bigger appliance. The few times I've had to use my protection plans have been very easy to manage. Best buy is great with the service they do.

I am hoping this Geek Squad Protection is a lot better than Allstate's. It wouldn't take much to be better than Allstate. I like that the Geek Squad is part of Best Buy and not some corporate insurance company that is far away and difficult to contact. With the Geed Squad I can go right to the store and start the process with actual human beings.

Great coverage for big appliances, its a must when you want to be protected

I love the 2 year replacement option better, it's not offered on the TV's. I've gotten 2 out of 3 bad TV's from Best Buy in the last 5 years and had I not purchased this, I would have been out my money. I suggest if you are buying a TV, just pay the extra cash and get a good named brand one like Samsung or Vizio. DO NOT go with the Toshiba or Hisense TV's, they SUCK and you are throwing your money away.

Agents lead me to the right product for what I needed

I'm so glad I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my 55" insignia Fire TV. I had to exchange for another one after a month and then exchange again for an upgraded brand.

This a great product. I have had it for years now and cannot complain at all. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Delivery and set up plus removed old set. Knowable technical support and helpful staff. Only complaint is you are on hold for 10-15 to get a Customer service representative and then another 20 minutes to take to Geek Squad which is in an other country like Gatamala. What can we not talk to store?

I always get geek squad for my expensive electronics just for peace of mind. The tv broke and they came out to see what they could do. Tv wasn’t able to be fixed so what I paid for it could be applied for the next tv. And of course got geek squad to cover my new tv.

I bought this to extend the warranty on my TCL TV, I wasn't too familiar with the brand so I didn't know what to expect. So far, the TV has been great so I haven't needed to use this. For me, it was worth the money for a little peace of mind. I would recommend this if you are buying this type of electronics.
