Great TV. I've had other large TV's but this one is pretty good. Very light and pretty easy to setup. The color black comes in pretty clear and doesn't blend in with everything else.

This service is a must when you buy a BIG tv. They will pick it up and bring you a new one Mine is 100” and heavy

I like buying the extended warranties on electronics it gives me an extended piece of mind that if my product had a problem in the future The Geek squad has my back.

Love the television but really appreciated Steven Wrenn of Geek Squad who installed it within my home theater group. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining everything to me. I also purchased at his suggestion a master remote controller. He programmed and again explained how to find everything I needed. I LOVE having one device do it all. If I ever need a Geek Squad service call I hope Steven is one to respond. 5-year protection plan was a must when purchasing such an investment and the price really works out well when you consider the full coverage you receive during these 5 years of usage. I know from the past it paid off when a former HDTV got glitchy at the end and it was replaced. That's what this is all about - "protection" on your hard earned dollars spent.

Definitely a plus to buy a protection package in my opinion. Geek squad seems to be making their protection packages more affordable which is a plus. The warranty covers a remote control replacement too and that could be beneficial with small Children’s and dogs. However trying to get help when needing to use the warranty can be troublesome and time consuming.

I highly recommend geek squad warranty for tvs. They go above and beyond. I have dealt with other services and geek squad is up there with the best with little to no hassle.

This is the second time I’ve purchased the extra coverage. It’s well worth it! My last TV quit working and it was a very simple process to get it exchanged. I received back my purchase price as a store credit to use on my new (better) TV.

Definitely worth the couple bucks to ensure any electronic that you pay $60+ for is covered. Never know when you might get one with a shorter lifespan than others and this makes that a non-issue! Have used it once before and they make it trouble free

Geeksqaud services are prominent and reliable. I have opted this for my tv purchase on thanksgiving

The only problem with this is it doesn’t take over until my TCL warranty goes away. So I paid for 5 years but will only get 4? Kinda crappy especially since TCL is hell to deal with and now I’m stuck with a defective TV until the warranty I paid for takes over.
