We didn't want any liability for our new Sony 75" TV set failing under Sony's or Best Buy's warranty. And given that we had the Geek Squad do the installation, it was a no brainer to have the Best Buy warranty. Even if nothing fails, its better insurance than we have for hurricane damage on the house!

Never had to actually use the protection plan thankfully but having one on my products gives me some peace of mind in case something happens

Purchasing the stuff gives me this good state that I would be taken care of if anything should happen. It makes me not to worry too much. Life is already stressful to be thinking about this kind of thing

Impressed with the efficiency of the Geek Squad that installed our television. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of our questions and gave us a review on using our new television and remote. Sadly the virus has made taking my computer to the store to get tuned up impossible, but I am sure the Geek Squad will do a great job when I am able to.

I have a few questions, what is the price of the item, are you expecting it to last awhile, and is it a good product if you checked those boxes then you should get a warranty {my opinion of course}

I have always used Geek Squad for all my Best Buy purchases, TV's, Laptops and Gaming Systems - I have no complaints and I've always been pleased with their level of service. I recommended Best Buy to my dtr who just purchased a washer/dryer and she asked if the Geek Squad Warranty was worth it and I said absolutely. She subscribed at the time of her purchase.

This warranty is amazing!! Covers everything I need!!

It was an easy transaction. I went to the store with a printed sheet of the TV I want it. The salesperson only had to look on line and ordered it for me.

I Purchase Protection on every best buy item I buy, but not just any protection........ Geek Sqaud protection! They replace with equal value of a product if your not satisfied. Im always going to recommend them because every time they have done service or replacements of my products its been shown to me that they are very concerned about my satisfaction towards their service and that is the bottom line most important thing for me as a customer. 5 stars guys!

Great TV I love the picture quality and the streaming network installed

These tvs these days are so expensive I highly recommend getting the warranty. My 3 yr old Samsung I had in a shop two times for $300 each. So I for sure bought a warranty on this new tv.
