In 5 years time this tv could go out! Nothing is built to last anymore!

I used to be against extended warranties with the thought that it was just a waste of money. Then I married a woman that thought she could fix anything herself and typically did more damage. Now I buy the Geek Squad warranties on everything I purchase with implicit instructions that if it breaks, schedule maintenance!

. I will also be purchasing the protection for gifts for my parents so they can also have the same piece of mind. I purchased this back up plan in connection with one of the TVs that I use for gaming and watching streaming movies It is great to know that I can have the peace of mind that my item will get fixed if there is a problem.

I never needed to use there services but if i had needed to those guy's are great

Why not buy a five-year warranty? The peace of mind and so much more that comes with it and if anything by chance happened in five years, you get it fixed free or brand new one.

Usually I don't get add on protections except at Best Buy. I trust that they will honor their products. Years ago, I got a defective drive and I was offered either my money back or a brand new one. Since then I've always gotten Geek Squad protection.

Keeps my mind stress free of any possible mishaps with my purchase. Definitely needed if you live in a rowdy household like myself

The protection plan was explained to us and how it worked and it was a no-brainer as far as we were concerned. We purchased this as well along with our TV.

If you purchase a merchandise make sure you get that geek squad because they are the number one taking care of merchandise so if you don't purchase it at that time you have 15 days to go back with the receipt and get that warranty for your merchandise go get it

I got the 2 year plan when I bought my tv. Hope I never have to use it, but it's there if I need it.

The service was excellent and the technician set up the TV and connect everything that was necessary and they also did a follow up call
