I almost always buy buy the Geek Squad protection plan for any TV or computer purchase. We recently had a bad power surge that knocked out several of our TVs. One TV was still under the 5 yr warranty. I took the TV in, they sent it to be checked out. Best Buy ended up replacing my 4 1/2 year old TV with a brand new one, that ended up being an upgrade from what I had. Well worth the money in this case.

Took great care of me when my tvs had issues. You do have to send in for repair first which was annoying but I got two new TVs in the end.

My TV was poorly packaged and arrived broken and cracked. One call to the Geek Squad and arrangements were made for it to be picked up and returned for a full refund on the TV and 5 year protection plan.

I will continue shopping at bestbuy, great customer experience.

I am usually a skeptic when it comes to the actual coverage on these warranties but I can say that geek squad definitely helped my with out a hassle. Tech came out assessed the issue and with in minute I had my replacement options . In store easy process for the new replacement. Get the warranty it works if needed

Does what it's supposed to! Been holding onto a 50lbs TV we move around all the time to point the TV from the living room to the dining room! Thing is worth every penny

Excellent GS protection for Bravia OLED. If this TV fails in 5 years you want it protected for the price point of the TV and protection. GS protection is very good.

U purchased the Geek squad 2 year.to cover my 100" tv. An asset has to have protection.

Purchased Geek Squad fixed my flat screen TV. There was a problem which was fixed for free by Geek Squad. Took multiple visits but TV did work between visits just with some features not working.
