Haven't had to use their services yet but will with the computer I just bought

I've had my item for going on 8 months now I haven't had to use anything on the warranty yet but I do know that you can renew your warranty once it is up so I must say knowing that you can do that is great because takes a lot of watery off you if your device is getting old and you having problems with it I must have all your electronics a great safety net

Love the people. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Only problem was that when my daughter broke my tv from hitting it they said that warranty doesn’t cover things like that.

They helped me find out the Fubo is incompatible with my TV..they actually got me in touch with the manufacturer.

Always get the geek squad protection. Had to use it once nad it paid off in a bug way.

setting up my new television and mount purchase along with my install appt. at my home for my telelvision was easy with the help of the Best Buy Customer Service Representative Margie.

I have used them in the past when my computer was hacked into. Hackers really messed up my computer. I appreciated the service Geek Squad did for me. They cleaned it well. Problem was solved...and I got my money back from my Visa Card....The hackers were really stupid--committed fraud BIG TIME!

Have not used as of yet for the TV product. Nor have I used for any purchases. However if something were defective or to go bad, this is a must have for repair or replacement.

This warranty covers my new TV for 5 years! While many see these warranties as a waste of money, I would rather not take the chance on having to buy a new replacement, as my last TV stopped working after 3 years. Good investment!

Best buy has one of the best policy! Helped me with an older TV when the screen started getting lines

So glad I got the extra protection. I don’t get it for every purchase, but this is one product I couldn’t protect against surges because of space limitations behind the product. If you can spend a little extra money on the major appliances/products then the protection is worth it.
