Haven't had to use it yet for my tv. But not a bad thing to have for just in case.

I purchased something and needed to return it, turned out I exchanged it for something else and the Geek Squad helped me figure out how to use it. They are always so helpful and knowledgeable!

Well worth the initial cost. It has saved me on 2 large screen TVs. Keep in mind that it expires when you use it on a defective item whether it's used after 1 month or 5 years.

Best Buy backs this warranty 100%! There are no further charges if something goes wrong with the item...as I am a Total Teck and an Elete Plus member. Have already had 3 items replaced in years 3&4!

You just need it. Do you know how many things I’ve had that broke after the factory warranty was up? The geek squad warranties are the best thing to have. Easy to use, a fantastic value. I’ve use their warranties on TVs and clothes washing machines.

Purchased this for my new SONY OLED TV. Have had this service before, and it becomes very handy when your new electronic device you just spent over 1K on brakes right on the 1 year mark. If financially suitable, would definitely recommend.
