I normally don’t buy an extended warranty but due that the tv is a fair condition item and open box I decided to secure the investment.

Geek Squad did a great job setting up my MacBook Air and making sure everything was running smoothly. The technician was knowledgeable and polite, and I felt confident my device was in good hands. The only downside was the wait time for my appointment, but once they arrived, the service was excellent. Overall, a reliable option if you want professional tech support

Can't go wrong with a 5 year warranty on your bigger investment in your house. Have used Geek Squad previously and was happy with their customer service.

Cool that is included. Honestly is helpful because not many Apple stores are nearby but sometimes I feel like I should just go to Apple instead. Also, some interactions I’ve had previously with the TV not the greatest customer service.

Cant speak on other warranties or services but definitely geek squad took care of me. Specifically Norman the tech i was lucky to get. This is a must have and it gives you a peace of mind

Best warranty and service for the price. Geek squad deliverd my tv to replace a faulty one after 2 years. They even removed and took the old tv with them.

Geek squad has the best protect 4 years tv went dow best buy came to house realized tv could not be fick in 30 minutes I have an email with a code to take to store or go on line and get my new tv for free

Looks amazing. Sounds amazing. The speakers on the TV are better than my soundbar. Bright enough to see clearly when my drapes are open in a sunlit room. Looks great playing on my PS5 too. Nothing more I could ask for...except maybe seeing a little extra info in the menu. Specifically, I would like to see the frame rate numbers. I cannot find that in the menu.

[Employee of bestbuy] Here is the deal, if you dont get Geek Squad Protection, you are missing out. Lets start with the fact things are not made like they used to be. Drop something once and its done. Now I can be my clumsy self and not be overly worried I lost my item. Win win

In my personal opinion a Geek Squad protection plan is a no-brainer for most of Best Buy's products. I especially get them when I buy a TV, they've saved me more than one time when a TV is just stopped working. To pay the reasonable price for a 5-year plan, to me is a no brainer. I personally don't recommend the 2-year or 3-year plans for TVs, most TVs don't last longer than that (planned obsolescence). A Geek Squad protection plan is more suitable for a television let's say over $400 or $500. You can't replace a TV for the small price they want for the protection plan. So even if you don't use it, because your TV outlasted the 5 year protection plan. Just know that you happen to get a TV that outlasted it's useful time (planned obsolescence). I've had many flat panel TVs in the past 15 years and most of them did not last more than 5 years. Over those 15 years The Geek Squad has either repaired or replaced my TVs with virtually no hassles. In my opinion A Geek Squad protection plan is a must.

I've reached out to them over the TV that wasn't delivered at the time because I did not receive a phone call or email about the service. When it was canceled. They reached out, communicated with me and properly corrected issue.

I bought a 70” Insignia F30 and 1.5 years later the screen went black and I tried power cycling and everything the internet had suggested but no luck. Luckily I had the geek squad warranty and received store credit and was able to replace the tv for an upgraded version and also bigger screen, I had to pay the difference which was minimal. I would recommend the protection plan to anybody because you never know what could happen and it’s a pretty seamless process.

I've been using Geek squad since 1987 and i loved there service. They fixed my Computer and an old laptop that i was updated over and over and now its done

Purchased this at a very affordable price to protect my new television. Gives me great piece of mind, knowing I have five years additional protection for my purchase!
