This geek squad service is great for an extended warrenty on electronics

I hope to never have to use this but good to have.

I recommend them. They do proper job and I was satisfied.

The first year if this warrenty does not include Geek Squad until the Mfg's warrenty is over. They don't tell you that in the store. The Mfg rep is very hard to get ahold of to get support and they won't come to your house, just come in thru the internet. That doesn't help if the problem is intermittent.

This protection plan is good to have because you never know when you may need it.
