I had a Samsung 50" 1080p TV that went out and was non-repairable after 15 months. I replaced it with a Samsung 50" 4K TV and decided that it would be good to have a backup plan, so I bought the 5 year Service Policy when I bought the new TV. I didn't want to feel cheated by Samsung again and I know that the Geek Squad and Best Buy will back up the product.

Being that I have had on TV hit by lightning and a burnt ends on an old lady it I prefer to use Geek Squad affordable cars if they cannot fix it they will replace it or you will get your money back with no problems has been my experience using them

Gotta keep the things we love protected. And that’s why I got this. So far I haven’t needed it.

I always get the 5 year insurance on my large tv purchases. These newer TV's are like computers. Never had a problem with my Sony tv but if I'm dropping 3 grand, I need some assurance it won't just randomly die and then I need to get another one.

Great tv excellent image quality resolution, I use it to watch movies and play games on my PS5, I recommend it to anyone

I bought this protection plan for my new 32" TCL Roku tv. It was quite affordable and gives me peace of mind. I have never had to use a bestbuy protection plan in the past, even though I have purchased them before. I'm just glad they offer them.

I bought this TV Warranty to go with my Insignia FireTV I bought during Black Friday. It was not expensive and will cover my TV for 5 years. I hope I do not need to use it, but if I do, it is good to know it is there. Thank you.

My original TV was purchased last year as an early birthday present wasnt even a full year old before it quit working so I turned to a store I trust qnd bought my vizio from best buy, I love the protection plan ot covers qlot of things like what happened to my old TV.

Haven't had to use Geek Squad Plan for this purchase(and hopefully won't have to!) but in years past, it has been a sense of relief when I damaged an essentially brand new phone. Geek squad protection is worth the peace of mind with some of these expensive tech purchases.

I have not yet made it valid, but to protect the equipment it was necessary to extend the warranty

A necessary add on when buying the Insignia tv brand. My orevious Insignia, which I loved, died after 4 years. And I did not have the extended warranty.

Will always protect my TVs. We bought a TV 4 years ago and put a 5 year protection plan on it. Of course something went wrong as 4 1/2 years. Geek squad took care of us and we are able to get a larger, higher quality TV because we had the protection plan on it! AWESOME SERVICE.

worth the money. all electronics are made NOT TO LAST these days. usually about 3-4 yrs. so these warranties are excellent

I got the 5 year standard greek squad protection plan for my 55 inc 4k smart tv for $120 which I feel was a good deal because I had another tv without the plan and the main frame on it went bad and I tried to put it in the shop and they wanted $300 to fix it. Where now paying $120 for the plan and they will fix anything so I think that's a no brainer.

When offered, get the protection plan. You never know whether or not your purchased item is going to be the one that fails. Get the protection plan. It's worth it to relieve any product failure headaches you may encounter.

So far I have not needed their help but nice to have them as a backup plan. First TV we purchased had a problem and we thought we didnt know what we were doing but Best Buy was great to help us return it and get a replacement. Replacement TV is great and was easy to set up

Absolutely recommend adding a Geek Squad protection plan to your purchase. They are extremely helpful and can save you a lot of money and trouble. They replaced my tv and the process was very easy.
