The Geek Squad people are very friendly and professional. I buy most of my electronics at Best Buy and use Geek Squad Protection for all of my expensive purchases.

I did not purchase a protection plan on day I purchased my 55 IN LG OLED TV. I had second thoughts after that. About 1 week later, I called and purchased the plan by phone. I felt at ease. The customer rep was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed the TV without any issues. They were very efficient in installing the mounting bracket (through stacking stone). They cleaned up afterward very well. They spent time instructing us on the use of the new TV. They hooked it up to our VHS/DVD player as well without additional charge. Nice job!!

Trust the Geek Squad, they are real people that you can go speak with if you have questions or problems.

Hope to never use but wish I had bought it last time when my tv started playing up after two years and I spent a lot more to get repairs completed.this time there won’t be any issues hopefully or it’s less than a dollar a week to guarantee resolution.

Have not used being new TV as of yet but will call if any issues.

Got this for my tv. I had in burn in last time and wanted a peace of mind.

I talked with a Geek Squad expert for about 3 minutes, and they were able to take my symptoms and ascertain that the device was hosed, that it should be returned. That is a sign of a good expert, that they will make the right decision with authority when needed.

Geek Squad is a value for your products you buy. Technology now cost you a penny plus. With this Computer Gaming Model this plan can save you Lots of money. Have used the warranty a couple of times vs having to pay FULL price for a new one.

Great affordable TV, its very sleek, works great and its pretty big. Overall happy with the purchase, also it was extremely easy to install.

For most products I don't buy extended warranties or insurance. The price of the insurance is usually high enough that you might get a new appliance or device cheaply enough to take the risk. But for big screens and computers I get protection to protect me from the hassle of a dead on arrival unit or dead pixels or accidental damage. It is not just the unit price, but the reduction in time required to navigate the replacement that I am insuring.

Love this tv. Its so clear and no issues at all. Its big and so affordable. Great tv for the price.

Always recommend on electronics I.e. TVs you purchase the extended warranty. I had a tv that was four years old and started to have problems. Well the part that needed replacing they didn’t make any longer. Fortunately I had the extended warranty and got a new TV.

I can feel safe with the coverage , I have now. Had a TV that seemed perfect in the beginning, however, I didn't notice the sluggish remote signal, after the 1 year warranty on $1300.00 worth, BB still swapped it out. Proud of the $169.00, I spent on protection.

They’re very helpful. If I ever have a problem I love going to the geek squad. They have never given me issues

So glad I got this protection plan! It paid for itself shortly after the first year when my manufacturers warranty ran out. In-home service was excellent. Unfortunately I had to buy a new plan with the new replacement TV.

When I buy any electronics in Bes Buy I get a protection plan too. My experience with those protection plan is very good, fix the electronics or change it if can not be repair.
