Considering the probability of damage to a consumer device in a 5 year period, I believe this to be a great value. I would definitely recommend!

Ordered 4 40" tvs all at the same time for a project. Everything was going fine until I opened the last box (#4). No image, just the line/shape screen, well actually I could see some of the menu to the left. Called Best Buy, said you're over 13 days, can't help you. Called Vizo next, at first they said 1 year warranty, but the next day and a few emails it was determined it was a Best Buy problem and they can't help us. Unfortunately we had to buy a 5th TV to complete the project.

The piece of mind my protection provides gives me a great deal of satisfaction. Knowing that I don't have to worry about anything failing over the next 5 years is wonderful.

Trust me you will not go wrong with the geek squad protection plan I can honestly say they've honored everything I've sent their way with the protection plan. It doesn't get much better than that hard to find good companies like that nowadays.

Excellent service. I think anybody should purchase when getting electronics to Best buy

We've had the television for a bit over 1 month and so far are extremely happy with it. The picture is beautiful. It communicates well with our computer so we can use EyeTV to create a mirror image. The only thing that could be a problem is that there are no controls on the TV so you do not want to lose the remote or run out of batteries.

Great Protection and worth it. I bought 2 Sony TV's in 2018 and wish I had gotten the extended warranty on both TV's instead of just the one TV...

Best Help EVER!! Thanks geek squad for all the help! They are great and always willing to help. They offer great service and come to your home if needed. No need to take your products to them if there large. They know what there doing & akways find a solution. No hesitations to get the protection anytime its really worth it!

I absolutely love the Geek Squad. Anytime I call with any questions (no matter how simple, hard or ridiculous) they find the best answers and give the best advice. The reason I insist on purchasing all of my electronics at best buy is solely due to the Geek Squad.

Two thumbs up these guys really know what they’re doing and can help with absolutely anything. Don’t put this on yourself get the help.

I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! When I purchased my LG TV from Best Buy, I was more than pleased to find the excellent service contract that was available, and for such an affordable price.
