Geek squad great company had issues with my tv they replaced it!!!

I purchase my 5yr warranty for this TV before have too go online you read everything l need too know. We must not forgive too take carere of the customers needs l dont agree with all the new rules because l'm over 60. Idont need the Robot to run my life

Feels good to be protected by a warranty that will cover majority of the things on the television

I've actually had to use this service before with a crappy Vizio TV i had in the past and if they can fix it they fix it if they can't fix it and the TV is crap they will let you exchange it no questions so if you protect your investment then you need this.

Always great to have your mind at ease with the extended warranty

I do buy coverage on items. The only thing that bothers me is that the first year, the coverage is actually covered by the manufacturer. So your paying of "two years"really only gives me 2nd year coverage. At least that's the way I understand it.

Great to have protection on the things you love. It’s easier then spending money for no reason to purchase an item when Best Buy’s No hassle plan of attack works better than PC Richards or even HHGreg from back in the day. They actually cover you.

Got this protection for my TV. Haven’t had to use it but I always get the protection because of the great customer service I have ever had when I have had to use them. Better to be safe then sorry

My Geek Squad protection plans, of which I have several is a prime reason why I purchase all of my major and minor appliances from Best Buy. Whenever something goes wrong, which is not often, Geek Squad is there to take care of it. Outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Geek Squad provides excellent service. I take my PC in quarterly for a clean up and they are always on time, happy to provide service and are thorough with any questions or concerns I may have and provide excellent feedback on how my equipment is running.

Five years for $30, sold! I bought this warranty for a low priced Insignia television and it just seems like a no-brainer that for $30 I am guaranteed to have a TV that works for five years. In this disposable electronics time we live in, I could not upgrade in three years for $30, so again it is a great deal.

We are so glad we bought this for out TV Called and they came out ordered the part came back installed. Still had a problem We were able to purchase another tv and put the cost of the old unit toward it. Great job Best Buy
