My TV screen failed after 1 month. Geek Squad came and just brought a new TV and took the old one back

The warranty seemed worth it to me since I am unsure of the TV brand quality in the long-term.

This is a great deal for this TV. 5 years of protection by Best Buy Geek Squad is great for my peace of mind. I highly recommend it.

Excellent, it looks good, the sound is good and it is about 1 inch, I like it a lot.

This is another big advantage to have if anything happens to your product you can take it back,have it looked at with no problems. I enjoy using this it's extremely helpful but also protects the items you purchase.

Replacement plan is good to have just in case. I had to use it one time on another purchase and it covers it just like they say. I wouldn’t go without it.

Best warranty for TV's (covers burn-in). Only downside is that the price of the warranty is based on the TV's purchase price. I was unable to get a price adjustment on the warranty, even after getting a price adjustment on the TV (TV went on sale during my return/exchange period)

Originally bought the 2-year for my LG CX OLED, but came to the conclusion that the 5-year is a waaaay better deal and value! Especially if you buy an OLED, you’ll have some peace of mind if it ever gets burn-in.

When I bought my big screen Sony TV I also purchased the 5-year Geek Squad protection. Was I ever glad I did! Lightening struck my home and after a visit from a Geek Squad technician, my TV was determined to be beyond repair and I received a brand new Sony within a week.. Fantastic!!

We are very pleased with the geek squad. If we had issues we were able to call set up an appointment and have them fixed. This was in our home and at the store!

I would highly reccomend purchasing the warranty to protect my 85 yr old mom. I was told if it breaks or something goes wrong to just bring it in and we get a new one no questions asked! At her age who needs the problems..... for three years we are protected for 20$ simple as that!!!

I would recommend getting the geek squad warranty if you’re purchasing a computer for your son or daughter basically covers a new one if something happens to it if anything is spelled on it . it’s dropped or ran over by the car Lol

They are always there to help. Answer all my questions so I understand what I am doing. So I dont break things!

I hope I never have to use it but I am glad I am protected in the event the item breaks. TV's don't last as long as they used to! I strongly recommend a protection plan on an expensive TV!

Excellent picture. Sound not that good. Documentation consists of too many pieces. Why not combine all into one booklet? Mounting feet seem too flimsy. Tipping danger. Feet should be beefed up. Be careful to note overall footprint width. It probably will not fit on your existing stand. I had to purchase a new piece of glass to accommodate extra width. Did not notice this because unit was wall mounted in store. My bad.
