I have been very pleased wth the protection plan I've purchased for every product I've purchased. Two tvs, two wireless speaker, refrigerator have all been replaced or credited to a gift card. The refund to the gift cards is what I didn't like, hence the four stars. I wish they would refund the credit card!

After finding a great deal on a new 3D TV, I wanted to make sure it would be in working condition for w long time. The terms of this protection were pretty favorable but with a steep pricey tag. Nevertheless we went ahead and purchased it. Looking forward to using our TV with no worries for the next 5 yrs!

The geek squad service is a great way to ensure safety any and all purchases. We all know accidents can happen so why not be prepared when they do, well in you're in luck friend geek squads got you covered.

I always purchase the protection plan because returning an item is hassle free no matter what happens accidental damage or product failure. Simply walk in swap them out and be on your way.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

I love my Geek Squad service! If I have a question, they are always so polite and knowledgeable. To know my TV is protected gives me peace of mind. I recommend the Geek Squad plan for any device that needs a little extra protection.

I had to use the plan on a defective TV. I brought the old TV in and left with a brand new one. The whole thing to half hour, probably because I couldn't decide which tv to get.

I all ways have so kind of problem with my computer and they are all ways there when I call or chat on line and my problem is all ways taken care of as for the TV I have not had a problem. For the table there ways a black screen and it was not fixed so it was replaced.
