Excellent service, In Puerto Rico, but the center call was not easy to me. I like to make the appointment direct in stores.

It's painful to pay so much for a warranty. But it's necessary to sleep better at night. If something goes wrong with my TV I'd much rather call best buy and say fix my TV then find some local moron to make things worse.

Got the warranty for a deal of a TV. Hoping that if my TV breaks out of the manufacture warranty this will save me some money.

This purchase was for my grandson who is a college student and need a tv for his room on campus. It is a wonderful fit for the size of his room and for the price it was excellent

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

They are the best when needed for service or over the phone.

Based on previous purchases for different items, I didn’t hesitate to get this for my Tv. Actually I get the geek squad protection for all my purchases at Best Buy.

Fortunately did not have to use. Purchased the protection as insurance after my Son had an issue with his older big screen, they could not get the part and they gave him a full reimbursement towards a new one.

Love it love it! When working remotely from home it was so much easier then using a laptop. Love the screen size fit’s perfect on my little desk. I haven’t had any problem’s with it so far.

Geek squad stands by their warranty. Will never by another electronic device without getting geek squad protection

Additional warranty coverage for our new TV. Have not had to use it (hope we never do), but if something goes wrong with the TV, it's good knowing that we have extra coverage.

really glad that I have this protection and it is linked to my account so it will be easy to look up and use when and or if needed. It is well worth it for piece of mind and 5 years is a really great amount of coverage time!
