Love Geek Squad! Makes returns easy. Trust buying from Best Buy due to Geek Squad extended warranty.

Got this as open box for a hundreds bucks could not pass it up very pleased with the sound.

Best news is I have not had to use it...yet. My last set made it only about four months beyond the factory warranty and I did not have this protection. That will not happen again.

Love the peace of mind with the extended warranty although o had it in two of my other t's I never had to use it.

I always get the warranty and it pays off. twice now I have had TV issues from TV's that I have bought from Best buy and both times due to the warranty I was able to return the TV and get money back towards a new TV. I highly recommend getting a warranty with any large electronic purchase.

I've had several scenarios where an item I bought conked out a year and a half after purchase. They were able to just go ahead and swap it out and or give me store credit for what I paid, if they didn't have it in stock.

Great value priced insurance, especially for a huge TV. Hope we never need it.

Geek Squad is an absolute must for any major purchases. I have never had any issue with them honoring their warranty. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my family with any issues with our electronics. I highly recommend adding this to any purchase.

If this service is offered for a purchase you're making, please consider taking advantage of it. Honestly, it makes things easier if something happens to your product. Worth the few bucks to avoid the hassle or cost of replacement.

Unfortunately, I have had to use a Geek Squad protection plan a time or two and each time it was no hassle got my refund to purchase a new that same transaction. I've always bought a plan on my bigger more expensive products it and it's been well worth it each time I've had to use!

Delivery was as expected, courteous, prompt, careful with delivery and answered any questions I had!
