They delivered my replacement TV when the original one lost picture.

I bought this protection for my new tv. Fortunately the tv never broke so I didn't have to use it. I think for super expensive purchases you might want to go this route, but otherwise I would pass. Most new items come with one or two year warranties anyways.

I had purchased a Geek Squad protection plan for my desk top computer. Computer failed and I took it in to Geek Squad for observations. They said it was beyond repair and gave me credit to get another computer with NO HASSLE. That is definitely a great deal.

I have purchased this protection plan for all other products that it was appropriate for. I had to use it once. It worked as advertised; no hassle or problems. I will continue to take advantage of of the protection plan for appropriate future purchases.

Thanks Best Buy for having insurance programs, becasue some electronics fail.

I got this with my LG Nanocell tv. The tv warranty only covers for a short period of time, so this will definitely help out if anything happens to the tv after the expiration of the tv warranty.

Definitely recommend getting extended warranty with new TV. Had to replace exiting 4 year old TV. So was definetly worth it for a 3000 dollar tv.

This was a big reason why I bought the TV I did through Best Buy. This was a gift for my parents, and I knew that if they had any problem with the TV that Geek Squad would take care of them.

this warranty is great my sister purchased one with her new tv and almost 3 years later the tv went out by a storm and they gave her instore credit for the full price to replace her tv. wonderful company

Easy to buy and from what I've read covers most use cases...Hopefully I'll never have to use it, but better safe than sorry :)

Haven't used Geek Squad yet, but the warranty is better than the other ones available elsewhere online, cheaper, and for 5 years instead of 4.

I love the Geek Squad protection plans. They definitely cover what the manufacturer doesn't and allows you to protect you investment years into the future. Totally worth it for the peace of mind.

If anything happens to the tv I purchased I will get a second one free of charge
