    Have used this previously where a tv had issues right before the expiration and it was a life saver. Geek squad came out and fixed the tv

    Haven't needed to use for my TV, but have had it for other items where I did and process was surprisingly easy. I always buy Best Buy's extended warranty on larger items for piece of mind.

    Purchased the extended warranty for LG 42" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. Haven't had to use yet but have had Geek Squad Protection on other Best But items and have always fixed any problem I have ever had.

    Product protection in the age of planned expiration is well worth the cost. Motherboard replaced in dryer recently would have cost the same as dryer replacement.
