They definitely took car of me as soon as possible

The first 2 tv's I bought were defective. Both were Samsungs. They came and picked up both tv's and brought me a replacement LG tv. So far i'm much happier with the 86 inch LG

We haven't had to use Geek Squad on the particular device we purchase the plan for, but I think the extra protection is great to have on expensive items. We have benefited in the past.

Geek squad insurance is the best thing to purchase when i purchase electronics from Bestbuy!!! Geek squad is the best!!!

So far so good on this set. In my experience with TCL so far, the TV will stop working just past the MFR warranty, so I bought the 5 year geek squad protection plan to cover it longer.

Buying this Geek Squad Protection plan offers me a great deal of comfort knowing that I am covered for a 5-year period.

A must have. I got my $$ back in a matter of discounts as well as the use of Geek squad on numerous occasions since I purchased it. It more than paid for itself multiple times over
