I purchased this extended warranty for my Samsung TV and began having issues with the TV 2yrs after my purchase. Geek Squad was great in helping me get the board replaced within a few days. Will Purchase again

I am so glad that I bought the protection plan! I only had the tv for four months and pixels blew on it, without the 2 year protection plan I wouldn't have been able to get this fixed! But it was hassle free and worth the money!

Always good to have this extra protection for when things go wrong.

Love geek squad and thankfully i had program. Tv i had for year and a half went bad and they replaced it in one day.

Vizo system works well together, TV is brighter and clearer and sound is great.

Geek squad cleaned up a virus on my computer. I always have great service with them. Would highly recommend getting the maintenance agreement for all your appliances and computers!

I always purchase a warranty on my products that are over 100.00. I would rather be safe than sorry. Sometimes Things break and sometimes they last a long time you never know.

Bought protection plan when I bought the TV. Within 6 months, power surge fried the HDMI port, even with grade A surge protector. Called for service and was back up and running within a week. Beats having to go shell out the $$ for another TV.

Gives me peace of mind once the warranty expires or if you’d rather have Best Buy deal with the manufacturer on your behalf. It’s better to buy the 3 year warranty for value

Had a good experience with geek squad some time ago

Although nothing has happened to the product I applied this for, the policy was easy to understand and covers a lot of things that you may need. Would recommend if you’re buying something really expensive like a TV

So far I've only had to use it once, but making an appt to get my TV looked at was easy. The store gave me no problems and offered store credit or a replacement.

The best protection available for a television, well worth the price to know you have this protection if it should be needed.

Geek squad has so far been able to answer all my questions for my products

I bought 2 years of Geek Squad Protection for a Hisense TV. The tv had a manufacture warranty for 2 years. I started having issues with the TV as soon as it got outside of the warranty. Hisense said they couldn’t help so I called Best Buy to see about my Geek Squad Protection, the rep told me it ran concurrently with my manufacturer warranty from Hisense. So I’m not only out the money for a defective TV, I’m out $120 for GSP that didn’t start after my manufacturer’s warranty ended.
