I always get this protection for purchases over $100. It's saved me a few times from having to purchase a new TV, which tend to last about 3-4 years, nowadays.

In my experience I always get geek squad because once They fixed my tv 3 times and finally they gave me store credit almost the same price that I paid 2 years ago. With the store credit I bought a bigger tv and the newest technology

Glad I have this service for my LG TV. Hopefully, I won't have to use the service but the peace of mind is worth it it for sure.

I got the warranty on my electronics to avoid any hassles post purchase and so far the product has been great and therefore no complaints. Even though I have not had to use this service, the fact that I have this service gives me a peace of mind.

With all the features on the tv we got, after they installed everything. The gentleman gave my mom his card and said I'll be your lifeline if you need anything, she laughed and said thank you so much, very nice guys and very helpful and affordable.

I purchased the 2 year protection plan for my 42inch Insignia fire tv. I really hope I dont have to use it, but it makes me feel better to have it.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

Great TV, clear picture, easy set up and manage, smart TV- easy to download apps.

I was able to get this warranty at a fraction of the price since the tv I got with it was heavily discounted. So far so good. I hope I dont ever need to use it but its the peace of mind that you purchase just in case anything happens.

Excellent and Convenient Warranty. I have a great piece of mind having this protection. They come to your house to repair! No need to pack up everything and take it in. If they can not fix it in house. They will pick it up and take it with them.

Just thought it would be a good idea to buy a warranty . Last Insignia TV still working.

Don’t waste your money get that warranty it is important in the future. Just like insurance better to have then not. Greatest investment that I have made in my life
